As an Analyst in Client Reporting Team, you will be part of Global Client reporting team. You will be working on different traditional asset groups for Manual Reporting. You will also be helping with different transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of the current process state to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized processes that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining robust process controls.
- Support the development and deployment of automation tools and technologies to streamline data validation and checker activities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the internal automations team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and process documentation.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI).
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
