Executive/ Senior Executive - Customer Experience

Applications are invited for the post of Executive/ Senior Executive - Customer Experience (Female candidate to apply)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer engagement for all walk-ins clients.

2. Meet and greet with all walk ins, orient them and perform product demonstrations.

3. Show the AV presentation, sample flats and project model to the customers.

4. Support the sales team with product specific inputs, clients information wherever necessary.

5. Will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customer inquiries.

Required skills:

• Presentable and excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic towards customers. Patient by nature and have the ability to handle critical situations with calm and poise.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be a team player

Presentable, Customer handling experience, Guest relations, GRE

Candidate with 3- 6 years of experience can apply.

Candidate preferred from Hotel, Aviation and Hospitality background.

Job location: Mira Road or Thane

Fixed Salary plus performance based incentives
