Planning-Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly and monthly Progress reports, Quarterly MIS, daily labour report.
• Activity tracking, milestone tracking with respect to baseline schedule of the project.
• Preparation of dashboard showing status of the project with milestones.
• Conducting periodic progress review meetings with vendors and review the progress.
• Co-ordination with Architecture team for drawing requirements.
• Co-ordination with execution team and provide internal targets.
• Organise weekly review meeting with the director and discuss regarding progress and other issues in the project.
• Co-ordination with contracts team for Vendor finalisation and issuing work orders.
