Assistant Manager - Strategy and Business Engagement

Role & responsibilities:

1.Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

2. Preparing and analysing reports and presenting the analysis in PPT to provide insight of the current market conditions.

3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of initiatives taken and optimize strategies accordingly.

4. Track the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, Projects, Billing, accounts and Sales to ensure smooth functioning of work.

7. Assist marketing in creation and executinn nf innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

B. Business development: Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, acquisitions, and alliances.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytles platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Alternate Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
