Role & responsibilities

• To be well versed with Real Estate / Construction business nuances and ability to manage a variety of work simultaneously
• To be able to drive any new or ongoing project/initiatives at ease without major hand holding required
• To be able to work in/with the cross-functional team on projects and give value-added inputs to improve upon desired results
• To be able to do an independent market study, research work, and analyses to help the management make informed decisions
• To be able to plan, execute and monitor the progress of assignments/projects to ensure the desired completion within the stipulated time, cost, and quality
• To be able to constantly spot the SWOT of our organisation and help to take measures to get the advantage of favourable conditions and mitigate the risk of unfavourable conditions

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of project management and outcome-oriented
• Should be well-organised, have great time management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in developing and maintaining a relationship with external stakeholders/ industry bodies
• The preferred candidate will be from Real Estate companies having done EA, Corporate Planning, or Strategy role
• Exposure of Sales, Marketing, CRM, Engineering, Finance, Admin & Security functions will be an added advantage
