Factory Manager

1. Production Planning and Management

2. Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.

3. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

4. Quality Control and Assurance

5. Ensures a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.

6. Manage and supervise factory staff, including hiring, training, and development.

7. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

8. Identify areas for improvement and implements changes.

9. Provide regular reports on factory performance, including production, quality, and safety.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably mechanical / plastic Engineering or a related field.

2. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
