Factory Manager

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.

• Develop and monitor budgets for factory operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

4. People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the factory team to achieve production targets and operational excellence.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of factory staff.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

5. Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure the factory operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Promote a safe working environment and encourage adherence to safety protocols.

6. Process Optimization:

• Continuously analyze and improve factory operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and present reports on production, costs, efficiency, and other key metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, incidents, and compliance measures.
