Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for service request through calls mails and corrigo enterprise work order.

Provide call logging s service in accordance with the service guidelines.

Receive and log complaints record complete details of the service requests / Complaint from employee of the (client).

Assign unique identic number for all service request / complaints.

Generate work orders for all service request with specific tasks by assigning unique reference numbers.

Assign and dispatch - assign specific service provider based on the nature of request / complain.

Follow up closure - close the service requests by regularly following up with the respective assignee and record the response time.

Occupier feedback - communicate with requestor to ensure the WO closer, request, status reasoning and commit on probable timing of WO closure.

Reporting -prepare daily and monthly reports on WO status.

Prepare monthly report on trend analysis of the recurring WO, percentage of the SLA achieved on response time and closure of the WO, track the feedback received by from the employee.

Contribute to the monthly management report.

Notify the facilities manager on site at the time of all emergency calls.

Follow up and support work orders on hold to be completed.

Participate in the emergence evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.

Perform other duties as required by IFM and client.
