Area Talent Acquisition Support

Role & responsibilities :

• Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on Home Business (Direct/indirect)
• Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
• Shortlist and schedule interviews
• Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill,councils
• Offer processing in hiring portal, preboarding, joinings and documentation

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years in mass recruitment
• Knowledge of job portals
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Communication skills (Written and Verbal),
• Speak local language
• Target oreintation
