Job Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to support our recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for the internal hiring.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires that meet company expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B corporate recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in non-IT recruitment processes, including bulk hiring, volume hiring, mass hiring, etc.
