Assistant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Oversee employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, induction training, performance management, and exit processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining statutory records and filing necessary returns on time.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  
• Provide guidance and support to managers in resolving employee relations issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in generalist activities like payroll processing (PF & ESI), leave management, etc. .
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.

• Age :- 28 To 35
