Senior Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
• Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions.
• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
• Assist in performance reviews and goal setting.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between HR and other departments.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in HR management, especially in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
