Location: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Andheri, Mumbai

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Research and Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales success by delivering high-quality research, creating impactful presentations, and managing data-driven insights. Your work will empower the sales team with actionable strategies, well-crafted marketing materials, and clear pipeline visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential client segments.
• Analyze client prospects and provide actionable insights to the sales team to support lead generation efforts.
  

Sales Enablement Materials:

• Create high-quality presentations, marketing collateral, and sales decks tailored to key pitches and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials align with the company's branding and messaging.
  

CRM Management and Sales Analytics:

• Manage and maintain CRM data for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop visualizations, dashboards, and pipeline summaries to track sales performance and progress.
  

Digital Marketing Integration (Preferred):

• Leverage knowledge or experience in digital marketing to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in research, business development, or a related role, preferably in the technology or finance sectors.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional proficiency in creating polished and visually compelling presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and data visualization software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a strong advantage.
