Location: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Andheri, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

Based in our Andheri, Mumbai office, this role is perfect for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to pre-sales activities, gather and analyze data, and support key business initiatives. You will play an essential role in driving team success by providing insights, managing data, and assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to collect, organize, and analyze data to support key sales pitches and meetings.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Create reports and summaries to provide actionable insights for the team.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support CRM management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and leads.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions as required.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely communication of updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to pre-sales or data analysis.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and market research techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
