Location: Indore, MP

Shift Timing : 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST ( Day Light Saving Applicable)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR management

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee human resource functions at our Indore office. The role involves managing daily operations, leading standup calls, and ensuring tasks are completed within set TATs (Turnaround Times) , KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations and ensure adherence to TATs and KPIs.
• Lead and coordinate standup calls to track team progress.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for the Indore office.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations.
• Monitor performance and support development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Experience with HR software and team coordination.
