Java R&D Corp - Marketing Manager (8-11 yrs)

Position: Marketing Manager (Bench Sales Marketing).

Experience: 8+yrs of proven Bench sales marketing exp.

Type: Permanent (Full Time).

Location: Remote.

Work Days: 5 days a week Monday to Friday (Permanent night shifts).

Timings: 6:00 pm 3:30 AM (DLS: 7:00 PM 4:30 AM IST).

Salary: Excellent Hike on Current CTC + Additional project bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors for successful engagements.

- Marketing Focus: Emphasize H1/L1/F1 marketing; no candidate recruitment required.

- Cold Calling Expertise: Proficient in cold calling, price negotiation, and bench candidate job matching.

- Technology Insight: Understand bench sales, match candidates with job requirements across various tech areas.

- Requirement Matching: Identify suitable job openings, submit consultant profiles, and follow up on interviews.

- Coordination: Maintain submission database, interview coordination, liaise with teams, and handle timesheets.

- Network Development: Proactively nurture vendor and partner networks daily.

Qualifications:.

- Previous experience in bench sales or a related field is preferred.

- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques.

- Familiarity with job portals and candidate submission processes.

- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

- Adept at maintaining databases and conducting extensive follow-ups.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
