Java R&D Corp - Operations Manager (5-11 yrs)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST, Daylight saving 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days).

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

- Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights to senior management.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.

- Overall 5 - 10+ years and specific 4+ years of experience is required in Operations.

- Strong understanding of operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
