Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all Gas Authorities (GA) for achieving and tracking ongoing sales targets.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure all GA teams meet deadlines and performance metrics as set by the HOD.
- Compile and analyze monthly sales data for internal use and reporting.
- Liaise with GAIL, TORRENT, GSPL regarding gas sourcing, transportation, and related processes.
- Maintain strong communication with regulatory bodies such as PNGRB/MoPNG to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
- Manage gas sourcing agreements and communication with GAIL and other Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
- Draft and implement marketing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.
- Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and regulatory guidelines.
- Design, develop, and implement promotional activities and campaigns to market Natural Gas products.
- Strategize on social media promotions, including content creation and targeting.
- Plan marketing efforts for societies, social gatherings, and other community engagement activities to increase product awareness.
- Follow up with PNGRB/MoPNG for any regulatory compliance and industry updates.
- Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and ensure all processes are in compliance.
- Define and analyze commercial and industrial segments for gas supply, collaborating with GA marketing teams to gather potential data.
- Work on pricing strategies and periodic revisions for industrial, commercial, and domestic customers.
- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate the formation of Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) related to Gas Supply Agreements (GSA), Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA), and compression agreements.
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategies for customer acquisition and retention across all market segments.
- Propose and monitor customer growth initiatives across all service areas (CNG, PNG).
- Prepare Monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for internal use (CNG, PNG, Customer Database).
- Submit required reports and MIS to regulatory bodies (PNGRB) on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective marketing and promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or regulatory compliance within the natural gas or energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of gas sourcing, transportation, and regulatory frameworks (PNGRB/MoPNG).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Experience in drafting policies, SOPs, and working with regulatory bodies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM and MIS tools is a plus.
