Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:
- The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving Jaro Education's digital marketing strategy, execution, and growth.
- This person will lead a high-performing team, optimize performance channels, and develop integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and enrollment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech, retail banking, insurance, FMCG, or similar sectors, with experience managing large marketing spends and a proven track record in scaling marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for Jaro Education, focusing on performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and email marketing to support business objectives and increase enrollment.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale digital campaigns.
- This includes managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, affiliate marketing, and other relevant digital platforms.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams to ensure digital marketing strategies drive lead generation and conversion.
Performance Marketing & Budgeting:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns with monthly spends ranging from - 5-10 crore.
- Oversee the budget allocation, ensuring the highest ROI across digital channels while maintaining cost-effective spend.
SEO & SEM:
- Oversee the development and execution of effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Implement paid search campaigns (PPC) across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.
Content & Creative Strategy:
- Lead the content and creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure content strategy aligns with campaign goals and supports brand positioning across all channels.
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships:
- Build and manage affiliate marketing strategies to leverage external partnerships and expand Jaro Education's digital reach.
Email Marketing:
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase conversions, and retain students.
- Optimize segmentation, content, and design to improve engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and continuously improve performance.
- Regularly track KPIs like cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, ROI, etc., and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website Management & Conversion Optimization:
- Oversee the website's performance, ensuring it is optimized for both user experience (UX) and lead conversion.
- Work on enhancing the digital journey from landing pages to enrollment.
What we're Looking For:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing Experience in EdTech, retail banking, insurance, FMCG, or similar high-budget sectors is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, content management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and website optimization platforms.
Campaign Management:
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns, including product launches, from inception to execution.
- Experience in running campaigns with spends of - 5-10 crore monthly and handling high-level budgets.
Analytical Thinking:
- Strong data analytics skills to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make decisions based on key metrics.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights that improve campaign outcomes.
New Product Launch Experience:
- Experience in successfully launching digital marketing campaigns for new products or services, particularly in high-growth sectors like EdTech, retail banking, or FMCG.
Education:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEM, or similar credentials will be advantage.
- Also background from engineering helps.
