Digital Marketing Lead - Organic/SEO/Retention - Education/FMCG (8-20 yrs)

Our client is a very large, Profitable and established organization in the domain of multiple services having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are creating several new Digital driven offerings for the professional community. They are looking to hire a smart, young Digital Marketing Lead to lead their Growth & Organic marketing piece

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Leading the strategy & Execution of Organic / Growth / Retention Marketing.

- Lead a team of SEO, Content, Website, Analytics & Retention.

- Managing Website Performance, Optimization and Increase traffic.

- Analysing heatmaps, funnels, exit pages, click tracking etc. to increase LTV.

- Web Analytics for Measuring KPIs.

- Develop SEO Strategies & Manage Team / Agency.

- Optimize content, landing pages and paid search copy.

- Direct offpage optimization projects (e.g. link-building).

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings.

- Design Content Marketing Strategies for achieving Business Targets.

- Collaborate with Design & Writing teams to produce High Quality Content.

- Ranking Reports- Optimize Content considering SEO & Google Analytics.

- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.

To qualify for this position you should have:

- 10+ years of Digital Marketing experience (Organic/Growth).

- Have experience in B2C / D2C campaigns.

- Great Experience of leading SEO, Website Performance And Content Marketing.

- Must have an omni-channel experience including Email, Whatsapp etc.

- Experience of Web Analytics tools, CMS etc.

- In-depth knowledge of Technical SEO.

- Ability to align goals with business, Good verbal skills.

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai (Hybrid).

- Must have led a team of at least 8.
