Key skills for the job
1. The Marketing and Campaigns Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for products sold online.
2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, search, social media, email, and display advertising.
3. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using relevant metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
5. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy as appropriate.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and platforms (search, social media, email, display advertising, etc.)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices- Familiarity with creative design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
