JOB Role: Cluster Head - Two Wheeler Finance

Location: Marathwada Region (Nanded,Latur, Aurangabad)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive Two wheeler business for the cluster, Market Knowledge of Two wheeler loan, Dealer Management, Team handling.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, including number of units sold, revenue generated, and customer acquisition.
• Develop sales plans to achieve targets for two-wheeler loan products across assigned clusters.
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth in the region.
• Ensure timely disbursement of loans to customers while maintaining high credit standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate
• Age limit 40 yrs
• 8yrs+ of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in cluster management in Two Wheeler Industry.
• Strong understanding of product knowledge (two-wheeler loans) and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
