Role & responsibilities

• Reconcile UPI ASBA Mandates / payments on a daily basis. • Compare UPI ASBA payment status with the CBS system records to identify exceptions • Coordinate and work closely with all internal stake holders / NPCI / Vendor & relevant stake holders to resolve day to day operational issues if any • Generate and maintain reconciliation reports for internal audit and compliance purposes. • Provide regular updates to management on reconciliation status and highlight any issues requiring attention. • Investigate and resolve any issues related to UPI payments, such as failed transactions or mismatches between UPI payment data and ASBA application details. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements set by the SEBI and other relevant authorities related to UPI and ASBA processes. • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy in all Digital product reconciliation
