Job Role: Branch Customer Service & Delivery Officer (BCSDO)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accurate posting to CBS GL of all receipts and payments and ensure no open items.

• Strong Handholding to Homeloan products and Loan disbursement process.
• Prompt and accurate submission of BEC return
• Loan disbursement processing, LAP, Hosing loan.
• Safe custody of keys and security items in the vault and cabinets
• Safe keeping of Manual receipt books and recon.
• Ensure correct execution of loan documents, ensure correct & prompt disbursement and safe keeping of loan documents
• Maintain all the prescribed registers
• Maintain and safe custody of Jana Cards
• Knowledge of offerings and processes and being updated about changes from time to time
• Raising of help desk tickets as per requirements

Required Candidate profile

Desired Candidate:

- Should be a Graduate with Good communication skills with similar cash handling exp.

- Adept in use of MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Immediate Joiners or 30 Days Notice period

Qualification: Graduation(Any)
