Area Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing two wheeler loanssales activities, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Two wheeler loans experience is mandatory
• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Business

Development skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities=
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of loan products and financial advisory services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
