Job Description
- Language proficiency-English, Hindi , Malayalam (Language skill in any other will be added advantage)
- Auditing calls/Emails & evaluation based on the defined quality parameters of the executives.
- Conducting weekly feedback session to improve the individual customer service quality parameter.
- Periodic training provided to the executive based on the TNA
- Developing & implementing effective quality control procedures
- New product & changes in process should be updated to the team on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the Customer Satisfaction Survey & implementing changes based on the surveys
- Monitoring the daily agent performance & data analysis
- Handle escalation Calls/Email
- Analysis & correction of the tickets updated by the team
