Job Summary: As a Quality Auditor, you will audit vehicle inspections, documentation, and customer transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Your role will focus on identifying process gaps, improving service quality, and enhancing customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits across vehicle inspection centers, branch operations, and digital transactions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify and address deviations in vehicle evaluations, pricing, and customer interactions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance fraud detection, logistics, and post-sale service.
• Provide training on audit findings, compliance, and best practices.
• Analyze customer complaints to improve service quality and transparency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Quality Management.
• Experience: 2+ years in quality audits, process compliance, or operations (preferably in e-commerce or auto-tech).
• Languages: Tamil & Telugu (Mandatory); Malayalam & Kannada (Preferred).
• Certifications: ISO Auditor, Six Sigma (preferred).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in compliance and audit methodologies.
