Compliance Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and internal policies.
2. Coordinate and support external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or third-party certification bodies.
3. Conduct internal audits to ensure that the company adheres to industry standards and social requirements.
4. Manage and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to audit findings or non-conformance.

Candidate Profile

1. Engineering graduates/MBA/Post Graduates/Graduates who are self-starters and have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
2. Exposure to quality control, packaging, labelling process, warehousing is highly required.
3. Exposure to various standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SEDEX, BRC, GMP, FSC etc. shall be addon.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
5. Exceptional candidates from other industries can also be considered.

Documentation Management

1. Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and easy retrieval for audits or inspections.
2. Prepare reports for management, detailing compliance status and identifying areas of risk.

Training and Awareness

1. Provide training to internal teams on compliance-related topics, including regulatory updates and company-specific policies.
