• Upsell and cross-sell products like Gold loans, Housing Loan, Chits, Insurance and Gold savings schemes to existing customers.

3. Customer Retention and Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer accounts and provide personalized investment solutions.

4. Revenue Generation

• Meet or exceed revenue targets through product sales and service upgrades.
• Increase the profitability per customer by focusing on high-value customers.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and anti-money laundering policies.
