Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Two Wheeler Loans & Vehicle Finance products across assigned branches.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including new customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Build strong relationships with branch teams, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  
• Identify areas for improvement within the branch network and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, risk) to resolve issues related to loan processing, collections, or credit underwriting.
