Assistant Manager- Warehouse Operations

Ensure supply of Spare Parts to achieve budget sales ,inventory management by maintaining stock accuracy level as per guidelines

Execution orders fulfillment in terms of inventory control, packaging improvement activities & timely dispatching of the parts.

Coordination with Marketing team/ Mfg team / 3PL / Transporter for smooth spares operations

Responsible for customer support

Responsible for checking transporter's bills and submission to Finance

Responsible for Warehousing & Packaging improvements

Training the workforce (in house & 3rd party) for ensuring high operational productivity while optimizing the resource utilization & reducing NVAs activities through portals and system based approach.

Spare parts management through effective SAP usage.

Responsible for Consumable Inventory planning, procurement, stocking, distribution and inventory optimization.

Reduction in Delivery Cycle Time for all Customers Orders by effective inventory management & in-bound / out bound logistics.
