Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects within scope, and timeline constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with development teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks proactively.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
• Gather and document requirements to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.

• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
• Stay up to date with software development trends, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Proven experience in managing projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
