Scrum Master

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-value products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, remove impediments, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging self-organization and ownership within the team.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and organization.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent Agile certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Background in software development or IT project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
