Job Title: Account Director/Group Account Director
Role Overview :
- Accountability for day-to-day project management, questionnaire design, analysis planning, data weighting
- Delivery of output on time
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Preparing and reviewing proposals
- Developing and reviewing research instruments
- Creating insightful presentations
- Ensuring end to end project delivery including sampling and questionnaire design
- Data analysis, report writing and ensuring delivery of the reports on a timely and error free manner
- Producing and presenting high quality insight
- Deliver challenging presentations to senior audiences using primary data combined with market knowledge and analytics to drive true consumer insight
- Add value to client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base
- Contributing ideas for improving our service and proactively leading initiatives that will enable us to hit the milestones in our growth plan
- Communicating with key internal stakeholders and clients as necessary
Role Requirements & Capabilities :
- Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
- Developing & maintaining relationships with their identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with the line manager on those accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations.
- Good attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills.
- Must be very strong in excel & numerical ability.
- Understand and analyze data to drive business insights.
- Data visualization for easy consumption of data with senior management.
- Drive change in tech/process backed by data.
- Attention to detail - goes that extra mile to ensure accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic statistical technique like regression, significance testing, clustering etc.
- 6 to 10 Years of Experience
- MBA is mandatory
