Role Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to drive growth by attracting more home sellers and buyers to the platform while enhancing brand awareness. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, this role is critical for the company's expansion strategy and involves leveraging both digital and hyperlocal channels for impactful marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers.

- Utilize digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.

- Plan and execute campaigns across social media, SEO, content marketing, email, and paid advertising.

- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to strengthen brand presence and drive referrals.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing efforts, using data to guide adjustments.

- Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.

What We're Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing roles, preferably in consumer brands or startups.

- Exceptional academic and professional track record.

- Strong analytical skills paired with creative thinking.

- Proven expertise in driving growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
