Dentalkart - Digital Marketing Head (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

DentalKart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive sales through our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the P&L of the D2C business unit, developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and expanding our customer base. You will also oversee the marketing of our private label dental brands through online channels and coordinate with other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy: Develop and execute D2C marketing strategies, leading multi-channel campaigns.

P&L Management: Oversee profitability, analyze sales, and refine strategies.

Brand & Digital Marketing: Strengthen brand positioning, optimize online presence, and leverage data analytics.

E-commerce Growth: Enhance website UX, collaborate on improvements, and track market trends.

Customer Engagement: Drive acquisition, retention, and CRM optimization.

Sales & Partnerships: Align marketing with sales and coordinate with marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performance marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA preferred;

- 10+ years in senior e-commerce/D2C marketing.

- Expertise in digital marketing, P&L management, and analytics.

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

- Experience in dental/healthcare is a plus.
