Responsibilities
- Website creation for customers, optimization, SEO growth. Working knowledge of Wordpress and Webflow. Resourceful use of external consultants for website graphics.
- SEM: Campaign management for customers and spend management
- Email marketing: Creating emails, varying content for best open and click rates
- Social Media: Campaign management for LinkedIn primarily and Facebook
- Data creation and cleansing: Familiarity with list building and cleansing for customers using tools such as Crunchbase, Hunter.io, uplead, IP Quality score etc. You will have one person reporting to you who will execute these tasks.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience in digital marketing with 1-2 years of experience in the US market
- Demonstrated analytical skills
