As the Regional Director for Commercial Property Consulting, you will lead the regional operations, spearheading business growth and strategic advisory services in the commercial property sector. Your expertise in real estate consultancy, client relationship management, and market analysis will be crucial to shaping the regional strategy and driving performance. This role will involve overseeing a team of consultants, managing key client accounts, and ensuring the company's continued leadership in the commercial property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead market analysis efforts to identify commercial real estate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets and drive operational efficiency.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, offering insights into property investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of property-related reports and proposals for clients.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of property consultants, analysts, and support staff.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, client satisfaction, and innovation.
- Oversee training and professional development programs for team members.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's commercial property portfolio in the region.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and international real estate firms, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive regional marketing efforts, including attending industry events and contributing to PR initiatives.
Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial performance of the regional business, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
- Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in coordination with corporate finance teams.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess business performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all regional operations comply with local and international real estate laws and regulations.
- Oversee risk management practices, including property valuation accuracy, legal documentation, and due diligence.
Key Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior consulting role.
- Proven experience in regional management within an international property consulting firm.
- Strong track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory.
Skills:
- Expertise in commercial real estate markets, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
