Job Summary:
As a Talent Manager you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers across various social media platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for talent, ensuring that all aspects of influencer partnerships run smoothly, and that campaigns align with both client expectations and influencer interests. Your role will be pivotal in cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and driving the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Identify and scout new influencers that align with the company's clients and brand values.
- Reach out to influencers and manage the onboarding process.
- Negotiate terms and establish contracts for influencer partnerships.
- Build and maintain an ongoing roster of top-tier talent across multiple platforms
2. Campaign Management & Execution:
- Work closely with the campaign management and creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate content creation, delivery, and approval processes with influencers.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing feedback to influencers and clients.
3. Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned influencers, addressing their needs, concerns, and career development.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, ensuring satisfaction and engagement throughout each collaboration.
- Provide guidance on content strategies, trends, and monetization opportunities for influencers to enhance their online presence and earnings.
4. Brand Partnerships & Negotiation:
- Negotiate rates, terms, and deliverables with influencers for each partnership or campaign.
- Collaborate with the sales and client management teams to understand client objectives and find the best influencer match.
- Help influencers navigate brand deals, ensuring that both the influencers and the brands are aligned on expectations and terms.
5. Market Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital content creation.
- Continuously analyze influencer performance metrics and industry best practices to improve talent management strategies.
- Provide strategic insights to both clients and influencers on how to grow engagement and drive better campaign outcomes.
6. Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any issues that arise between influencers and clients, ensuring that relationships remain positive and productive.
- Proactively handle any disputes related to payments, contracts, or creative disagreements.
7. Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of influencer contracts, payments, and campaign metrics.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams on talent activity, campaign progress, and results.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- A network of established relationships with influencers across various niches.
- Experience with influencer contract negotiations and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with influencers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage sensitive negotiations and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to think creatively about content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and influencer platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends, content creation, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines and best practices for content creation.
- Comfortable working with influencer platforms and digital tools
Education Qualification -
- Post Graduation/MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
