Lead - Government Advisory - Strategic Consulting - Real Estate/IPC (12-15 yrs)

This role is pivotal in driving our engagements with governmental bodies and agencies, providing expert counsel on real estate development and monetization, policy formulation and implementation, bid and transaction advisory, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government advisory roles, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to build strong relationships with governmental agencies.

Advisory Services:

- Provide expert counsel on real estate policy formulation, urban planning, regulatory compliance, and economic development initiatives.

- Guide government clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate projects and policies.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of real estate markets, public policies, and economic trends affecting government clients.

- Utilize data-driven insights to develop strategic recommendations.

- Assess potential risks associated with government projects and provide clients with actionable strategies to mitigate these risks.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Project Oversight:

- Oversee the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of advisory engagements.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress, outcomes, and market insights.
