Hiring AR caller/Senior AR Caller

• Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and denials to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take necessary action.
• Work with eClinicalWorks (ECW) to update claim statuses and documentation.
• Identify trends in denials and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and payer guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the billing team to address claim rejections and appeals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim statuses and follow-up actions.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in AR calling within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proficiency in using eClinicalWorks (ECW) software is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance follow-up, and denial management.
• Familiarity with different insurance payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
