AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
• Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Check the status of unpaid claims on Insurance portals.
• Call Insurance Representatives and get the claim status / denial reasons.
• Review each claim/denial and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
• Prepare and Submit corrected claims/Appeals to the insurance.
• Prepare and submit daily productivity report to the clients.
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Required Candidate profile 2-3 Years experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers.
• Fluent verbal communication abilities / call centre expertise.
• Knowledge on Denials management and AR fundamentals.
• Willingness to work continuously at night shifts.
• Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software will be considered an advantage.
• Company will provide training on the client's medical billing software as part of the training.
• Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus.
