Core Responsibilities
1. Accounts areas would include - Budgeting & control, Accounts receivables & payables, MIS, Statutory & Regulatory compliances, Insurance and Taxation.
2. Knowledge of Internal Audit coordination.
3. Expertise in implementing the company-wide cost reduction measures and facilitated significant savings.
4. Involve in preparation of monthly MIS along with variances
5. Preparation of Annual Budget
6. Handling accounts payable and authorization for vouchers payment
7. Process improvements in accounting activities
8. Maintaining Project Controls for Capex Projects
9. Scrutinizing GL transactions in Oracle.
10. Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts till finalization as per IFRS
11. Coordination of Statutory and Internal Audits
12. Quantitative reconciliation of Inventories
13. Reconciliation of vendor balances
14. Providing data as required by Lenders
15. Ensure Reconciling inter-company transactions
16. Checking Local staff salary
17. Manage the Statutory compliances for VAT and WHT
