    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights into talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment challenges.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and outcomes.
  4. Candidate Engagement:
    • Develop a superior candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a strong employer brand.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural and professional fit.
    • Manage offer negotiations and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within relevant industries.
    • Identify emerging job market trends and propose innovative recruitment solutions.
  6. Process Optimization:
    • Implement and refine strategies to increase hiring efficiency and quality of hires.
    • Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor performance metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on executive search, strategic hiring, or headhunting.
  • Proven success in hiring for senior-level, critical, and specialized roles.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and talent mapping platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong sense of cultural fit assessment.
