Manager IT

Job Purpose: Responsible to proficiently execute all application implementation for , achieving the intended results with efficiency and professionalism while ensuring the Institution's infrastructure and services harmonize with its strategic goals. This requires meticulous project planning, execution, control, and timely project completion of all IT applications projects, all while upholding desired quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

would include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Architecting the IT infrastructure, focusing on ERP systems, security, and seamless integration with other applications.

2. Grasping the project's scope, schedule, and deliverables, while actively engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

3. Overseeing the end-to-end program management lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

4. Efficiently collaborating with OPCO Local IT teams and internal stakeholders, whether in-person or through remote working models.

5. Managing transition and change throughout pre, during, and post-project implementation phases.

6. Serving as a crucial link between the IT team and the ERP implementation partner to ensure a cohesive partnership.

7. Leading regular project reviews, diligently mitigating risks, and relying on data-driven approaches for decision-making.

8. Promptly escalating project issues to senior management when necessary.

9. Identifying and implementing process optimizations, improvements, and modernization initiatives as suitable.

10. Actively participating in and collaborating with local IT teams regarding all IT applications, offering insights into daily activities and suggesting enhancements.

11. Submit all kind of MIS and reports to leadership team for prompt decision making.
