We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Infrastructure to join our growing team and help us deliver on our promise of connecting the right talent with the right projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a secure and reliable IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure performance and identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure components and processes.
• Collaborate with management to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain inventory of equipment and run cost audits.
• Develop and maintain hardware/ software budget on an annual basis.
• Negotiate software license, internet utility bills and equipment cost with external vendors for the best possible price outcome.
• Oversee the Infrastructure Admin and ensure effective utilization
• Plan for inventory for upcoming training batches by ensuring outgoing trainees return equipment in a timely fashion.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to IT infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking principles.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
