Technology Director

Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Director to lead our technical operations and strategy in the IT staffing industry. As a Tech Director, you will be responsible for overseeing technical recruitment processes, managing tech teams, overseeing quality of training and delivery of our custom technology training programs, leading the strategic direction of our technical services, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality delivery of projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills and a deep understanding of the IT staffing sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Management: Lead and mentor technical recruiters and support staff, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Training Delivery: Oversee training across technology stacks, ensuring content aligns with market needs through collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Recruitment Strategy: Manage technical recruitment processes to acquire high-quality talent that meets client requirements.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of client projects, resolving issues and optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Technical Innovation: Implement emerging technologies to enhance client offerings and drive digital transformation.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to improve service delivery and report outcomes to executive leadership.
• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understanding their technology needs and providing effective solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards while managing risks related to data security.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years in IT, focusing on staffing or consulting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT staffing processes and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of staffing-related technologies (ATS, CRM).
• Experience in IT staffing or consulting industries.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, data analytics).
