Job Responsibilities:
● Manage and mentor a team of Technical Architects, Tech Leads, and engineers, ensuring their growth and alignment with organizational goals.
● Build an engineering organization capable of innovative problem-solving and product thinking. ● Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate them into the Practice teams offerings.
● Own end-to-end presales processes, including RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and client presentations.
● Design and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
● Develop engaging client-facing pitch decks and act as a technical representative during client engagements.
● Partner with Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies, technical content, and case studies.
● Work with Sales to ensure that technical solutions align with market demands and client requirements.
● Support Sales teams by participating in deal closures and serving as a technical subject-matter expert.
● Function as a technical leader on key client engagements, driving product development and ensuring delivery success.
● Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and software developers to maintain high delivery standards.
● Conduct ongoing research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
● Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiencies
● Play an active role in recruiting and hiring top talent for the Practice team.
● Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Presales Expertise: Strong experience in managing presales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and technical solutioning.
● Solution Architecture: Proficient in designing robust and scalable architectures aligned with business needs.
● Emerging Technology Awareness: Deep knowledge of trends like AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity
● Collaboration Skills: Effective partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to achieve shared goals.
● Client Engagement: Skilled at leading technical discussions and delivering impactful solutions during client interactions.
● Leadership and Mentorship: Experience managing large technical teams, fostering talent, and building high-performing teams.
● Research-Oriented: Ability to explore new technologies and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in Technology Leadership roles
● 18+ years of experience in solution architecture, software design and development and client interaction.
● Prior experience working with global clients and teams in domains like FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Retail is preferred.
● Experience with tools like AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is a plus. ● Willing to travel abroad and within India (if required)
