Position Overview: The IT Manager will oversee and manage the IT operations of the company, ensuring the seamless integration and alignment of various IT systems, including networking, software, Tally, ERP, and SAP. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in IT management, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and a strong background in system implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, including networking, software applications, and hardware.

o Ensure the reliable operation of all IT systems and services across the organization.

o • Integration challenges with other systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, HRMS, and CRM tools) via API integration.

o Troubleshooting data accuracy and reconciliation problems.

• Managing issues arising from software updates or patches..

• • Proficiency in handling and maintaining Tally servers is essential, along with expertise in API integration to streamline workflows and improve connectivity with third-party applications..applications.
• Must have strong expertise in Remote Desktop Protocols (RDP), with a proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows-based servers effectively. Experience in configuring and maintaining server hosting over static IPs is essential.
• System Integration:
• Align and integrate Tally and other ERP systems with SAP, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that ERP and SAP implementations meet business needs and technical requirements.

• Plant Visits and Support:
• Conduct regular visits to plant locations (approximately monthly or as needed) to assess IT needs, provide support, and address any technical issues.
• Collaborate with plant management to understand operational challenges and provide IT solutions.

• Reporting and Analytics:
• Create and generate detailed reports, dashboards, and MIS to provide insights into IT & business operations.
• Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

• Process Improvement:
• Streamline IT processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support business objectives and compliance requirements.

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the IT department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in networking, software, Tally, ERP, and SAP implementations.
• Proven experience in system integration, data analysis, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to plant locations on a monthly basis or as required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing IT challenges.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
