Quality Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for independently handling overall Quality function in Electronic / Mechanical Manufacturing.
2. Design & Implementation of QMS System.
3. Responsible for IQC / IPQC/ OQC.
4. Responsible for quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, Lean Management etc
5. Coordination with Suppliers & Internal Customers on quality aspects
6. Conduct IQC, IPQC, OQC activities to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
7. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies related to quality management systems (QMS).
10. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CAPA reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 5-10 Years of Experience in Quality Function.
3. Candidate with experience in Li-Ion Batteries manufacturing would be given preference.
4. Familiarity with MS Office.
5. Good Communication and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
